About Dominik Stella
Dominik Stella is an attorney at law in Vienna and partner at Schindler Attorneys, where he heads the employment practice.
He advises on individual and collective employment law and employee data protection, with a focus on the employment aspects of M&A transactions and restructurings, and represents clients in court and in collective bargaining. In 2021 he moved to Burgstaller & Preyer. He speaks regularly at conferences such as Festo's safety.tech and gives in-house seminars on employment law and data protection. He studied law in Vienna and Oslo, was a research assistant at the Institute of Labour and Social Law at the University of Vienna, now teaches employment law in the university's LL.M. programme in Tourism and Law, and passed the bar exam with distinction in 2019. Recognised in Best Lawyers in Austria for Labor and Employment Law since 2024. Member of the Vienna Bar and the IBA.
